QuickBooks eInvoicing

Customize Payment Options. Easily choose what payment type you are willing to accept from specific customers when you send out emailed invoices: credit cards, bank transfers (ACH), or both.

Customer View. Your customers can now view the invoice online, which also automatically updates to ensure the correct amount due/remaining is always displayed.

They can then click the blue Pay Now button to pay you online – instantly.

Notification. You get notified by email whenever a payment is made.

Improved Integration. Once payment is funded, it will show up in your Deposits so you can apply payment against the invoice which then automatically gets marked as paid.

Save yourself a trip to the bank, and process your customers' checks within QuickBooks Desktop using our e-Check feature. QuickBooks auto-updates invoices and auto-deposits your payments in 2-3 days - eliminating manual transfers or trips to the bank.

Mobile Payments

"It's easy for Steve Trout, of Liberty Appliance Repair, to use the Intuit GoPayment free mobile app and free credit card reader to accept credit cards on the job. He simply plugs the card reader into his Android and is able to process credit cards anytime and anywhere.

Track and manage your eCommerce transactions in QuickBooks. Easily connect your account to any compatible shopping cart software, including Magento, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Go Daddy, 3dcart, PinnacleCart, Shopify, CS-Cart, Pro Stores, Corecommerce, PDG and many more. With secure 128-bit SSL encryption, plus card security fraud prevention, you can rest easy knowing your customers’ credit card data is safe.

EMV Ready

EMV is a new US credit card payment standard meant to make credit transactions more secure. EMV cards feature “smart chips,” which encrypt data for every sale, making card transactions more secure. If your customers use a chip enabled card and you do not have an EMV reader, you may be liable for certain costs from counterfeit or stolen cards during card present transactions. Signing up for a QuickBooks Merchant Services account with an EMV reader may help reduce your liability for costs associated with certain types of credit card fraud.
